Registration Guidelines:
- Conference Registration includes access to lunch on all conference days, Gala Banquet Dinner, Delegate Kit, Entry to the trade area, and applicable taxes.
- Main Conference Registration is mandatory for participation in any workshop
- PG Students are required to upload a letter from their Head of Department (HOD).
- For online registrations, applicable bank/payment gateway charges will be added extra as per RBI guidelines.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- 25% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 30th September 2026.
- 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 31st October 2026.
- 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 30th November 2026.
- No refund will be made for cancellation requests received after 30th November 2026.
- Registration is non-transferable.
- Refunds will be processed post conference.
