Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to BEP Summit 2026, being held on 18th & 19th December 2026 at The Westin Kolkata, under the aegis of the Bengal Urology Trust.

Benign Enlargement of the Prostate (BEP/BPH) is one of the most common conditions encountered in urological practice, with its impact extending far beyond urinary symptoms to the overall health, wellbeing and quality of life of our patients. With rapidly evolving medical therapies, minimally invasive surgical techniques and an expanding body of evidence, it is essential that we continually reassess how we approach the diagnosis and management of this condition.

BEP Summit 2026 has been conceptualised as a focused, clinically relevant platform that brings together evidence-based medical management, minimally invasive therapies, management of complex cases and complications, and contemporary consensus and guidelines. Through interactive case-based discussions and exchange of experiences, we hope to bridge the gap between evidence and everyday clinical practice.

The strength of any scientific meeting lies in the quality of its faculty and, more importantly, in the conversations it creates. We look forward to bringing together eminent experts and colleagues from across the country to share their knowledge, discuss challenging cases, debate evolving treatment strategies and learn from one another.
